My motto is to treat everyone like family. My philosophy of healthcare has three basic principles of healthcare. One, I will not allow myself to be prejudice or prejudge patients, clients and residents of what they are or how they got here and why. Two, I will adhere to the golden rule, and do unto others as I would have them to unto me. I will not forgot that I am here to serve them, and that our roles could be reversed. Three, my philosophy is to do no harm to further injure my patient. I will be conscientious and diligent about locking the wheelchair or using the gate belt. I will do my best to educate the patient by giving them all the information he or she has to both understand and manage his or her illness or condition to the extent that this is possible. Four, I will do my best to encourage, embrace, and connect with my patient, so that they will reach the goals that they have set for themselves and leave the facility better, better then when they had arrived. For I love people, and I want to treat everyone like my family.
