My philosophy of healthcare is that as a whole, our establishment should provide, unconditional care to anyone in need. Regardless of race, creed, or social status. God has chosen healthcare providers to be the healing hands on the earth during times of pain and sickness. Every healthcare worker has the ability to be the healing force that each patient we encounter needs. Even if we are unable to heal the patient, we are able to provide a sense of peace and comfort, not only to them, but to their families as well. Remember, you have been given the tools necessary to be a channel of love and healing. Utilize them.
