"...the smallest acts of care add life to the world."
Rebecca Orcutt, General Education Student
TranscriptHave you ever taken the time to look at the word Healthcare? Tests, practicals, clinical’s, health has become my life. But following the word health is an equally important word, care. The strength in the word care becomes crucial when we are patients, but when we are the provider do you handle care with strength? My philosphy of healthcare is not only something I carry into work, it is a lifestyle. Walking down the road, grocery shopping, or even a Sunday afternoon in the park, a person in need will always receive my care. Every person will have a different health profile but race, height, weight, language, and status, stops at the word care. I believe the smallest acts of care add life to the world. That is exactly what I plan on doing, sharing my knowledge of health while providing excellent care to the world.
