My philosophy of healthcare is that a smile can be more infectious than any disease you can ever find in a hospital. And laughter is sometimes the best medicine one could ever receive. When a patient cannot find the strength within themselves to find their smile, give them one of yours. I have learned that sometimes words fall short when people try to express the right emotions. That has lead me to believe that a smile can speak a multitude of words far beyond the ear could ever hear. I hope to always have a smile to give to my patients. Ones for the good times, and ones for the bad. I hope to always portray hope and kindness through my smile that will spread faster than any illness, and enough laughter to give hope for healing.Updated: April 23, 2013 - 2:21pm - by Yvette Saliba
