There are many different philosophies people have when it comes to healthcare, but to me one of the most important aspects of good healthcare is equality between patient and coworker. Overcoming barriers of different ethnicities and cultures can be a great factor when it comes to working in a medical facility. Not only because of different languages, but because of different beliefs and backgrounds. I believe that by putting these things aside and working together with one another, a healthcare facility can be a better place for both coworker and patient. After all, we are all beautiful creations from God and we are all equal in His eyes. By working side by side in a peaceful way, I believe these barriers can be overcame and it will make the healthcare facility a much better place to be.
