My son is my life. I had him at a very young age. Therefore, parenthood has been a trial and error process. I have learned patience, humility, open-mindedness, and true love. I have learned from him how to be a better mom, student, worker, and a better person in general. Through him, I have developed my Philosophy of Healthcare. You need to give part of yourself to the patient, whether that is your time, ability, or even just a friendly smile. In return, you also need to be open-minded to the patient. Be open-minded to their needs, wants, and their feelings. It is amazing what you can learn from another person. Give a lot, take in a lot – that is my Philosophy of Healthcare.Updated: October 18, 2010 - 2:28pm - by Yvette Saliba
