"My personal philosophy of healthcare can be summed up in a few short sentences. Healthcare professionals need to be willing, open-minded, and genuine. They need to be patient, nonjudgmental, and strive for perfection in all things they do. Healthcare providers need to learn to cope with stress, be able to communicate effectively and try alternate methods if one is not working for them. Above all, healthcare professionals need to be patient and compassionate, and exude love and respect to each and every patient. That is my philosophy of healthcare.
