Private Lenders

Before applying for these loans, please complete the Financial Aid Budget Worksheet under Financial Aid Forms and call 407-303-6963 to make an appointment.

If You Have Already Selected a Lender

Your lender should provide you with a copy of the required Private Education Loan Self-Certification Form. If you do not receive one from your lender, you can download a standard Self-Certification Form. If you download the form here, we recommend that you contact your lender for your application ID or other identifier that will help the lender match the form with your application.

To complete your Self-Certification Form, you will need to know your cost of attendance and estimated financial assistance. Please go to your Financial Aid Page to help you complete the Self-Certification Form.

Remember to send your completed self-certification form to your lender. Your loan cannot be disbursed until your lender receives the form.

If You Need to Select a Lender

Remember these loans are credit based and the credit will expire so don’t apply too early. Please use this guide to determine the earliest acceptable application date:

  • July 15th for a fall/spring or fall/spring/summer loan
  • November 1st for a spring only loan or spring/summer loan
  • March 1st for a summer loan

Please refer to the previous section about the Self-Certification Form.

You have the right to select any lender you wish for an alternative loan. Many lenders offer attractive terms and conditions which you can find by searching the internet.

The lenders listed below (in no particular order) have provided loans to FHCHS students in the past three years. We do not recommend or endorse any of the lenders. We recommend you review the terms and conditions of several lenders before applying.
