Board/Food Expenses
We are using $2,782.00 per trimester as an average figure for student living with relatives and $5,635.00 for students living on their own for State and Federal aid budget purposes.
Personal/Travel Expenses
Students should plan to meet their needs for medical, travel, clothing, recreation, etc. These expenses will vary from student to student. We are using the following average figures for State and Federal aid budget purposes: $2,320.00 per trimester.
Payment Method
Student may make payment toward their tuition and fees through the College website using a major credit card or bank account number. Students may also mail checks to the main College address ATTN: Financial Services.
Student Accounts
Financial Services requires 50% payment of tuition and fees upon registration. All accounts need to be settled or arrangements made with Financial Services prior to taking final examinations or registering for a new trimester. Any remaining balance of a student’s account needs to be settled before transcripts or diplomas are issued.
Third Party Invoicing for Student Account
If student’s have a third party that is helping to pay their tuition, ex. Florida Pre-Paid, Voc Rehab, Education Subsidy, Workforce, etc. give the billing information to Terri Roche in Financial Services by the end of the drop/add period.
Laptop Initiative
Students admitted to the AS Nursing program will be required to purchase a Dell laptop computer from FHCHS. New students are required to have a laptop.
