Natasha Castro

Last names A-F

"I just love the atmosphere at ADU, the people are so caring and warm."

Natasha.Castro@adu.edu

If you want a quick way to win over Natasha, just quote a line from the Golden Girls! She loves the show almost as much as she loves theme parks and going to the beach. Her ultimate travel destinations are Europe, the Dominican Republic, or Cuba. Natasha started working at the University in 2006, and has kept things interesting since then by trying to find the humor in everything and laughing everyday.

Chris Garrido

Last names G-K

"Every program is designed to teach our students that healthcare is about restoration. Every student has the opportunity to reveal the character of God by their attitude and actions as caregivers."

Christopher.Garrido@adu.edu

If you ever see Chris on campus, you’ll have to make sure it’s actually him and not his identical twin brother who also works here. One thing Chris loves about his job is the opportunity to help students achieve their personal and educational goals. If he could pick any superpower it would be the ability to fly. Not only would it be really cool, but he could also finally take that trip to San Marino he’s always wanted to take.

Jeffrey Kite

Last names L-Q

"It’s uplifting to be surrounded by such wonderful people at ADU."

Jeffrey.Kite@adu.edu

Jeffrey Kite is a born and raised Floridian who just can’t get enough of the warm weather. Jeff is an easy-going, straight-forward guy who loves to read, write in his blog, and study. In fact, he loves reading so much that if he could pick one power it would be to place his hand on a book and know, understand, and remember all the content within.

Clarissa Burkett

Last names R-U, Graduate Enrollment Specialist

"I love working with a diverse faculty and staff that really care about our students and institution."

Clarissa.Burkett@adu.edu

After Clarissa graduated from Adventist University of Health Sciences (Florida Hospital College at the time) she just couldn’t stay away for too long. She came back to work for the University in 2010 and has enjoyed the challenges and adventures she’s had here since then. Outside of work she loves the beach, sailing, racquetball, and badminton, but most of all she loves to spend time with her family.

Yoouhenky Hickman

Last names V-Z

"I love seeing a student grow from a first-time visitor at ADU to a professional in their cap and gown at graduation. It makes me feel like I’ve done my small part in helping them achieve their career dreams."

Yoouhenky.Hickman@adu.edu

Yoouhenky started working at Adventist University of Health Sciences in 2007, and since then she’s fallen in love with Orlando. In her free time she takes advantage of the nearby beaches, shopping, and theme parks. She’s originally from the Dominican Republic and if she could travel anywhere in the world it would be to Fiji.
