BIOL 101 Anatomy and Physiology I

This is the first trimester of a two-trimester course. Study of the typical structure and function of the human body. Includes a study of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems, along with their cytology, histology, and chemistry. Three hours of lecture each week.

Prerequisite: High school or college chemistry taken prior to enrolling in this course, or a minimum ACT standard composite score of 19, or permission of the department chair.
