This course is a study of management theory: planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and budgetary controls. Topics include theories of department productivity and work simplification, preparation of résumés, interviewing skills, professional attitudes, group theory, and group dynamics. Coursework includes special projects designed and supervised by the instructor.

All prerequisites must be completed with a minimum grade of C (2.00).
