The Nursing Entrance Test (NET) is an admission requirement for the FHCHS Associate of Science in Nursing program. All applicants must submit official NET scores for consideration by each ASN program deadline.
Important NET Information
- A minimum composite score of 60% on the Nursing Entrance Test (NET) with individual scores of 60% on Reading composite and 60% on the Overall Math Composite are required for admission. Students whose composite score is between 60% and 70% will be required to participate in a student success program.
- Applicants must request official scores on the day of the exam.
- The exam is two hours and thirty-three minutes with 30 days between attempts.

Valencia Community College
The NET is given at the Assessment office on the East (5-237), Osceola (1-127), and West (SSB 235) campuses. The exam is given on a walk-in basis:
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (summer 8 am to 9 am).

Seminole Community College
The Net is given at the Assessment and Testing Center, Student Services (Bldg A) located on the Sanford/Lake Mary campus, 100 Weldon Blvd. The exam is given daily during the following times:
Mon. 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, Tues. 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm,
Wed. and Thurs. 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, Fri. 9:00 am to 11:00 am
