Occupational Therapy Assistant Career Outlook

OTAs can go on to work in hospitals, schools, nursing homes, private clinics, outpatient clinics, the military, and even in many non-traditional settings, such as Alzheimer's rehabilitation centers and pet therapy clinics. Many of our AS graduates go on to complete their Bachelor's degree and then pursue a Master's in Occupational Therapy. In fact, the newest graduate degree at ADU is a Master's in OT! Graduates of the OTA program right out of school can expect to earn $39,000-56,000 per year in the Central Florida area.
