A successful applicant for admission to an Advanced Imaging Certificate Program must meet the general requirements for admission to FHCHS and:
- Have a minimum 2.50 GPA in high school and college (if applicable).
- Submit evidence of graduation from a two-year accredited Radiography program.
- Submit three letters of recommendation from previous work supervisors or instructors. Recommendations submitted at the time of initial application to the College will meet this requirement for current FHCHS students.
- Submit an essay explaining your interest in the certificate program and your reasons for selecting FHCHS.
