To be accepted into the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences program, a student must meet the general requirements for admission into FHCHS (see General College Admission in the Admissions Information section) and have:
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 on at least 12 trimester hours of college work from a regionally accredited institution, or a minimum high school cumulative GPA of 2.70.
- Submit American College Test (ACT) or Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) scores. Scores will be used for placement and advising and not to determine program admission. Applicants having achieved 24 or more college credits from a regionally accredited college are exempt from submitting ACT or SAT test scores.
- Three recommendations submitted on FHCHS recommendation forms. Recommendations submitted at the time of initial application to the College will meet this requirement for current FHCHS students.1
1 Recommendation forms expire after three years of receipt by the Office of Enrollment Services.
