It is the policy of FHCHS to withhold transcripts, diplomas, test scores, certificates, and other records if a student has any unpaid or past-due account. These documents will be issued when the account is paid in full. To expedite the release of these documents, the student should send a money order or certified check to cover the balance of the account when requesting documents.

To participate in the graduation ceremony and receive regalia, students must obtain financial clearance from Financial Services and submit proof to the Office of Admissions and Records.
