Step one is obtaining general college admission (see General College Admission in the Admissions Information section). Once an applicant is admitted to the College with regular or early acceptance status, he or she may be considered for admission to a program.
Each degree or certificate program has admission requirements beyond those for general college admission. These are listed in each program section in this Bulletin. These admission requirements may include an essay explaining the applicant’s interest in attending FHCHS and the reason for choosing a particular field of study.
Once all requirements have been satisfied, the applicant’s file is considered complete and will be taken to the appropriate program admission committee for consideration. It is the student’s responsibility to follow up on the status of his or her application.
Please refer to program application deadlines in Admissions Information section.
