- The last day to drop or add a course with no record (drop/add period) is determined by the week number in the session. Students can drop or add with no record through the end of first week.
- The week to drop a course with record (drop period) is the time between the beginning of the 2nd week and the end of the 3rd week. A grade of “W” is recorded on the transcript.
- Courses that are dropped after the drop period are assigned a grade of “F” and will be recorded on the student’s transcript.
