Students are required to complete end-of-course evaluations for all courses, including didactic, clinical, and lab sections, in which they are enrolled. Evaluations must be completed by the last day of class (or as otherwise determined by the course instructor). Failure to comply with this mandatory requirement will result in a grade of incomplete (I) being awarded for the class, including the process and fees attached (see Academic Bulletinfor complete guidelines and fees).
