A successful applicant for admission to an Advanced Imaging Certificate Program must meet the following requirements:

  1. Submit an application and $20 application fee. (Applications must be filled out completely and signed by the applicant.)
    1. Paperwork received without an application on file will not be processed. Applicant files will not be considered complete until the application fee is paid.
  2. Submit official transcripts from all regionally accredited colleges previously attended.
  3. Submit evidence of graduation from a two-year Radiography program accredited by ARRT or JRCERT.
  4. Have a minimum 2.50 GPA in high school and college (if applicable).
  5. Current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
  6. Submit official transcripts for all College Level Examination Program (CLEP), Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and/or Dantes (DSST) coursework.
  7. Submit three letters of recommendation from previous work supervisors or instructors. Recommendations submitted at the time of initial application to the College will meet this requirement for current FHCHS students1.
  8. Submit an essay explaining your interest in the certificate program and your reasons for selecting a faith-based institution.
