It is the policy of ADU to withhold transcripts, diplomas, test scores, certificates, and other records if a student has any unpaid or past-due balance. These documents will be issued when the account is paid in full. To expedite the release of these documents, the student should send a money order or certified check to cover the balance of the account when requesting documents.
