A successful applicant for admission to an Advanced Imaging Certificate Program must meet the following requirements:
- Submit an application and $20 application fee. (Applications must be filled out completely and signed by the applicant. Online applicants will sign electronically by clicking the submit button.)
- Paperwork received without an application on file will not be processed. Applicant files will not be considered complete until the application fee is paid.
- Submit official transcripts from all colleges1 previously attended.
- Submit evidence of graduation from a two-year Radiography program accredited by JRCERT.
- Have a minimum 2.50 GPA in high school and college (if applicable).
- Current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB). Applicants to the MRI program only may have current Basic Machine Operator (BMO) certification. Upon program completion, these applicants are eligible to take the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) MRI registry only.
- Submit official transcripts for all College Level Examination Program (CLEP), Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and/or Dantes (DSST) coursework.
- Submit two recommendations on ADU recommendation forms. Recommendations submitted at the time of initial application to the College will meet this requirement for new ADU students.
- Submit an essay explaining your interest in the certificate program and your reasons for selecting a faith-based institution.
1 Admission GPAs will be calculated based on credits and grades from regionally accredited institutions only. Failure to disclose all colleges previously attended could result in denial or dismissal based on Academic Dishonesty.
