Students with grievances that are not covered under the Academic Appeal Policy (Academic Bulletin) or Discipline Appeal Policy (Student Handbook) are encouraged to take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue informally by discussing it directly with the individual(s) involved. If informal resolution is not possible, or the issue was not resolved, students may submit a written grievance to the Vice President for Student Services within ten business days of the incident. The Vice President for Student Services will investigate the case and respond to the student in writing within ten business days.
