Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences (FHCHS) provides housing for single students, enrolled in a minimum of six semester hours, and living a distance greater than 30 miles from campus. Placement in Student Housing is based on the follow priorities: enrollment in a professional program, returning students, students with completed housing files, and availability. Florida Hospital College Student Housing contracts are effective for one academic year.

Apartment Amenities Include:
- Furnished: Living room / Dining area / Bedroom / Bathroom / Kitchen (appliances only)
- One bedroom-two person minimum and Two bedroom-four person minimum
- On-site Housing Coordinator
- Security Guard on duty nightly
- On-site laundry and recreational facilities
Apartments are assigned (based on availability) by gender, by program, and by age. Every effort is made to ensure a quality housing experience.
Placement in Student Housing requires:
- Completed FHCHS Student Housing Application*
- Official College acceptance (College acceptance does not guarantee housing placement)
- A $200 damage deposit paid to Financial Services
- Space availability
The College campus does not have a cafeteria; however, a cafeteria is located within walking distance at Florida Hospital. Cash may be used to purchase food at the Hospital's cafeteria.
A Student Housing Handbook will be mailed to you with your housing confirmation. Please refer to the Handbook for additional information.
- Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences is a Substance-Free Environment and upholds a strong no-use policy for alcohol, drugs, smoking, or illegal substances.
- Pets are not allowed in Student Housing.
- FHCHS has a NO WEAPONS policy.
