Life at ADU

Student Housing

Student Housing is available for students who:

  1. Have been accepted to the University
  2. Submit a completed Housing application
  3. Pay the security deposit

There are a limited number of spaces available in our Student Housing. Admission to the University does not automatically ensure housing accommodations.

Adventist University Student Housing consists of two housing complexes: Bay Run and LaSalle (for students 21 and older). Both complexes are used solely by ADU for students only and a dean is available 24 hours per day. In addition, Campus Security is also on the premises during designated hours. ADU does not provide housing for married couples.

One- and two- bedroom apartments comprise the available housing. Two students are assigned to one-bedroom apartments and four students are assigned to two-bedroom apartments. Men are located in one section of the complex and women in the other. Apartments come equipped with beds that bunk and unbunk, a couch, chair, side table, lamp, dining room table, refrigerator, and stove. Microwaves, televisions, DVD players, radios, and other such appliances and electronics are not provided by ADU.
